“Psoriasis modeling with an advanced immunocompetent in vitro system”

The work illustrates the results obtained with dermatological formulations tested on an advanced disease model that recapitulates psoriatic phenotype using a reconstructed human multi-compartment full-thickness skin (3C system) co-cultured in the dermal compartment with THP-1 cells.
